 The new NX Range
The new NX range offers exceptional value for money.
Available in two screen sizes (128x64 and 240x128) with an optional
touch screen it has full monochrome graphics capabilities and
supports all the SmartStackTM modules available to the OCS range.
This I/O capability coupled with the dual protocol capabilities,
Ethernet and Fieldbus support,
makes the NX a fantastic systems gateway.
Available either as a TIU or an OCS depending on your application
needs the NX offers incredible power for such a compact unit. The
TIU with its simple scripting language and native HMI integration
makes designing a new operator panel a much easier and faster job.
With support for over 120 protocols the TIU is an ideal candidate
for any retrofit job where more functionality is required.
The OCS with its full IEC61131-3 integrated development environment
for logic, HMI design, networking and I/O configuration is a very
capable PLC with full graphics capability.
The operator interface used in the NX series is a high visibility
graphics monchrome LC-Display with green adjustable backlight offering excellent
readability to the user in the most difficult conditions.
I/O, Communications options for any application
Choose any module from our extensive SmartStackTM and/or SmartStix
I/O. Two serial ports support over 120 protocols giving the abillity
to connect to
virtually any serial device. Add a Fieldbus option such as CsCAN,
DeviceNet or Profibus DP among others and the NX becomes a truely
remarquable gateway between
your process, the user and the supervision over Ethernet.
Note: Future firmware will enable programming the "NX Innovation"
through the USB slave port. Currently this port is not functional.
