A Compact, Affordable Operator Control Station

Horner Electric introduces a new concept in integrated control with the affordable new Mini OCS operator control station.  This compact system combines a controller, an operator interface, I/O and networking into one seamless solution to help lower control costs while providing unparalleled ease of use.

Control

The Mini OCS has a ladder-based control engine that features an Intel processor with speed comparable to most mid-sized PLCs. The instruction set includes floating point math, PID, motion commands, data manipulation and much more.

Operator Interface

The Mini OCS comes with a 2X20 LCD display and a 16-key tactile feel keypad (custom keypads available)

Networking

A built-in RS-232 serial port is modem compatible and supports CsCAN , Modbus master/slave and serial read/write commands.  Plus, an optional CAN port supports CsCAN and DeviceNet Slave.

Easy Programming

Cscape programming software combines graphical ladder diagram programming (IEC-1131 compliant) with networking and operator interface messaging to completely integrate the OCS package.
